She has advised Financial Services firms on attracting and strengthening high-performing teams and is passionate about focusing on the fundamentals that matter to senior leaders: offering informed, honest guidance on the talent landscape.

Away from the office, Maddie can usually be found on the golf course, or spending time in the Kent countryside — two places that keep her grounded and focused.

Francesca graduated from Durham University with a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages.

Offering exceptional leadership and strategy experience in high-performing environments, Francesca brings an international outlook and the ability to operate across French and Italian speaking markets, allowing her to support clients and candidates across multiple geographies. Francesca is skilled at building long-term relationships and advising individuals on the right next steps to progress their career effectively.

When not in the City meeting clients, Francesca is often planning her next trip back home to Yorkshire, walking with her dog and exploring the Peak District.
